Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices during project execution
- Adhere to OSHA and NFPA safety standards at all times
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete detailed project documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid North Carolina Electrical Journeyman License (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
