As a member of our team, you will work alongside certified master electricians on residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the Houston area. We provide on-the-job training, comprehensive safety protocols, and a clear path to becoming a licensed electrician.

Responsibilities
- Assist certified electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up ladders, and organizing work areas.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, measuring, and cutting materials.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Learn to read blueprints and follow technical diagrams under supervision.
- Interact with clients professionally and answer basic questions about the work being performed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
- No criminal background that would prevent you from working in the industry.
