Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Minnesota state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Emergency response experience preferred
