Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical networks
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 regulations
- Lead emergency response teams for power outage restoration and critical failures
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License required
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation and maintenance experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Certification in specialized systems (e.g., solar, EV charging stations) preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities using advanced testing equipment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
