Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Mentor junior electricians and enforce safety protocols
- Perform inspections and provide detailed reports on system conditions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for emergency calls and overtime
