Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers and team members on complex installations
- Manage inventory and order materials for upcoming projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Electrician license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
