Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and lighting fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems to resolve complex issues.
- Perform routine inspections to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers, and power distribution.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
