Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NFPA 70).
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions).
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Applicants with or without prior experience are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be willing to obtain required state licensure.
