Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of electrical installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including organizing tools and materials after each job.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Minnesota.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Skills: Proficient in residential and commercial wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, and panel upgrades.
- Tools: Must possess and maintain a personal set of high-quality electrical tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
