Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing and maintaining electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to understand project requirements
- Use hand/power tools safely to wire fixtures, outlets, and control systems
- Follow NEC codes and safety protocols at all times
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues with guidance
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
