Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work for commercial and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and circuits efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed.
- Document all work completed and report any material shortages or project delays immediately.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and mentor junior apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical construction.
- Proficient in reading electrical blueprints and using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety.
