Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan layout and installation.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary.
