Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks to identify potential hazards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent) in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and capable of climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
