Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Perform system upgrades and retrofits for energy efficiency
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Manage inventory and procurement of electrical components
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with NEC codes and local Jacksonville regulations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with commercial/industrial systems preferred
