Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeters and testing equipment.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to obtain required state electrical licensing within a specified timeframe.
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
