Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems, devices, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with construction crews, project managers, and clients.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate job reports.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician License required (valid in OH or IL).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and potential overtime.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the Cleveland and Illinois regions.
