Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of wiring and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure compliance with local and national codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and NEC standards.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
