Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system reliability.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating project status and any necessary changes to clients.
- Assist in the supervision of apprentices and junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
