Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring projects.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components according to blueprints and safety codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join metal, plastic, and other materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain a Journeyman Electrician license or apprenticeship.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
