Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment according to local and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Assist senior electricians with complex installations and projects while learning best practices.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be willing to learn and obtain required state licensure/certification.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
