Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections to identify electrical faults and recommend solutions.
- Use hand and power tools correctly to terminate wiring, install fixtures, and connect control devices.
- Document work orders and maintain accurate time logs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for calculating wire lengths and material quantities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
