Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local Pennsylvania electrical codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate time sheets and job logs for Daily Pay processing.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians on safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Certification: Journeyman Electrician License in Pennsylvania required; Master Electrician certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on field experience.
- Tools: Must provide own basic hand tools; company provides power tools and test meters.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Oakland local commercial and residential grid infrastructure.
- Driver’s License: Valid PA driver's license with clean driving record (CDL not always required but preferred).
