Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to local and national electrical codes.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine layout of electrical systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project status and completion.
- Material Management: Estimate and order materials required for projects, ensuring accurate inventory control.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required. Apprentice licenses accepted for entry-level roles.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional electrical experience.
- Tools: Own and maintain a personal set of hand tools.
- Driver's License: Valid, current Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
