Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
- Use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and testers, safely and efficiently.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions to complete projects accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in the electrical trade.
