Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and fixtures according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layout.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
