Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit and terminating wires under supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Use hand and power tools correctly to measure, cut, and assemble electrical equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
