Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial projects
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and coordinate project timelines
- Document work orders and maintain safety protocols
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on site
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Kentucky electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Louisville building codes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with solar panel installation a plus
