Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and local ordinances
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
