Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity to work in various conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
