Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local safety protocols
- Lead emergency response for critical outages during off-hours
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
- Document all maintenance activities in digital service records
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
