Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Perform system upgrades and preventative maintenance on electrical components
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid state electrician license (OH or PA)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficient with hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
