Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in commercial/industrial settings
- Read blueprints and schematics to execute complex electrical projects
- Perform diagnostic testing using advanced tools to identify and resolve electrical faults
- Adhere to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system upgrades and retrofits
- Document work orders, maintenance logs, and compliance reports
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure team safety during night operations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas electrician license (journeyman or master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with PLC systems, VFDs, and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
