Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial/commercial settings during night shift hours
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Lead emergency response teams for critical power outages
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
- Document all maintenance activities and system modifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and VFD systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Flexibility for rotating weekend coverage
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
