Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure full compliance with NEC codes and safety protocols
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers to meet strict nighttime deadlines
- Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Advanced proficiency in PLC systems and industrial controls
- Proven ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for high-voltage systems
- Overnight shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
