Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex electrical circuits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Document work activities and maintain safety compliance records
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficiency in PLC systems and industrial automation
- Strong diagnostic skills with multi-meter, oscilloscope, and testing equipment
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
