Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and California electrical codes
- Lead night shift teams and coordinate with day shift operations
- Manage inventory and equipment for project efficiency
- Document work progress and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with PLC/VFD systems
- Proven night shift leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and California Title 24
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
