Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors and maintenance teams for seamless project execution
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician License or Journeyman certification
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
