Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems following NEC standards
- Perform diagnostic testing on electrical panels, wiring, and control systems
- Execute emergency repairs during critical overnight outages
- Collaborate with engineering team on system upgrades and energy efficiency projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and material usage
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and Texas electrical safety regulations
- Train junior electricians on advanced troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
