Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for precise implementations
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors and building management teams
- Perform system upgrades and preventative maintenance
- Document all work with detailed service reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in unsupervised environments
- Flexibility for emergency call-outs during night shifts
