Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Perform diagnostic testing using advanced electrical tools
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and NEC safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects
- Document all maintenance activities in digital reporting systems
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- Advanced proficiency with conduit bending and circuit troubleshooting
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with 3-phase power systems and PLCs preferred
