Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead emergency response for power outages and system failures
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Document all work activities and maintain accurate project logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska Electrician Journeyman license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs, and control systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
