Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for complex electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 (NEC) and OSHA safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors and building management for project execution
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours with minimal delay
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night environments
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
