Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical networks
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC codes and OSHA safety regulations
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned night shift projects
- Provide after-hours emergency response to critical infrastructure failures
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight operations
- Submit detailed digital reports of completed work via mobile app
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Missouri Journeyman Electrician license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with AFCI/GFCI installations and energy-efficient systems
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Strong diagnostic skills for industrial control systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM with flexible weekend scheduling
