Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
- Wiring & Circuits: Execute high-voltage wiring and circuit connections, ensuring strict adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Inspection: Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks on completed work before handover.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance team and project managers to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional electrical experience, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in blueprint reading, electrical theory, and the use of hand and power tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
