Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPerform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of electrical components
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
