Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations (NEC, OSHA)
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Respond to emergency calls during night shift hours as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to attend paid company training program
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
