Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations on industrial and commercial equipment during night shifts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and knowledge transfer.
- Use hand tools and testing equipment such as multimeters and circuit testers effectively.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants looking to start a new career in the electrical field.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shift hours.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
