Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities during night shifts
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for complex electrical projects
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical equipment including transformers, motors, and control systems
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless project continuity and handovers
- Document work orders, maintenance logs, and incident reports with precision
- Participate in emergency call-outs for critical electrical failures during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (PA or OH reciprocal accepted)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Must pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Valid driver's license with clean record
