Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems, motors, and control panels.
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Document all work performed and report any equipment failures to management.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
