Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently
- Lead emergency response teams during critical outages
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Electrician Journeyman License required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit installation, and load calculations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
